KARL Robinson is in line to play in his namesake’s testimonial at the Kassam Stadium this afternoon.
The Oxford United manager could be a late call-up for the game, which marks Les Robinson’s decade at the club in the 1990s.
A Liverpool Legends side featuring the likes of Mark Wright, Michael Thomas and Alan Kennedy will provide the opposition in the 2pm kick-off.
And Karl Robinson urged supporters to turn out in force.
He said: “I’ll be there.
“If they’re short my boots will be in the car and if they’re not, then I’ll be in the bar.
“Come out for him. He’s a legend for what he’s done for the club and we hope we get the attendance his dedication deserves.”
