Bicester's Tania Franklin
BICESTER’S Tania Franklin is hoping to continue her strong season at the English Championships.
Franklin, who trains at Functional Fitness, Bicester, heads to Northamptonshire on August 13 looking to build upon her victory in the South Midlands Championship.
She said: “This is a great opportunity for me to establish myself on the national scene.
“I started powerlifting a couple of years and I am delighted with the success I have made so far.
“I am excited to hit the platform with the strongest powerlifters in the country and establish myself among them.
“At that moment, gruelling training sessions will be worthwhile.”
