LOTTIE Wynne-Jones picked up a further five titles as Bicester Blue Fins enjoyed success in the third round of the Oxfordshire & North Bucks County Championships at Aylesbury.

She picked up 13 golds, six silvers and ten bronzes, and their overall tally of 18 gold, ten silver and 12 bronze medals, leaves the small Bicester squad in fourth place – an outstanding achievement.

Wynne-Jones's dazzling 50m butterfly victory in 28.92secs is the second fastest time for a 12-year-old ever in the UK and an overall Bicester club record.

Her gold medal in the 200m individual medley (IM) with a time of 2.24.31 made her runner-up in the junior county championship (16 and under) and was another club record.

She also excelled to win the 100m freestyle in 1.00.09.

Her other golds came in the 50m and 200m backstroke, while time in the latter race of 2.22.81 gave her third place in the junior county championship.

Wynne-Jones now has seven golds from the three weekends.

In the boys age 11 category, Lottie's brother, Harry Wynne-Jones, showed his growing talent by storming through the 100m butterfly in 1.20.23, taking 11 seconds off his pb to win gold.

He also picked up a club age record for his gold medal in the 100m backstroke with 1.17.62 and took also took silver in the 50m and 200m freestyle.

Bicester’s Kieran Bird and Tom Thornley also clinched further senior county crowns.

In the Open category, Bird, 16, took gold in the 200m freestyle and become overall county champion with a club record of 1.52.76.

He also took the county title in the 200m butterfly, with a time of 2.04.41.

Fellow 16-year-old Thornley won the open 100m backstroke with his time of 56.53 earning the county title.

He also came excelled in the 200m freestyle by coming second.

In the 16 age category, Joshua Rowland collected a gold medal in the 50m freestyle to take the junior county title.

Competing in the age 15 category, Oliver Inness won gold for 100m IM with a time of 1.06.23, silver in the 200m freestyle and 200m butterfly, plus bronze in the100m butterfly and 100m backstroke.

William Whitley took gold in the 50m breaststroke in 32.67 and bronze in the 200m breaststroke, while Ben Inness won silver in the 100m butterfly and a bronze in the 200m butterfly.
