Bure Park Primary School clinched the team shield for the third year in a row at the Bicester & District Schools Cross Country at Bicester School.

More than 400 children took part, with six races involving all primary year groups.

Bure Park and Langford Village both won two events, but the former’s strength in depth helped them to the title.

Bure Park’s Hannah Berrow (year 1/2 girls) and Holly Keeble (year 3/4 girls) were victorious.

Harley Gardner (year 1/2 boys) and Ollie Webb (year 5/6 boys) won for Langford.

Fritwell’s Kina Duggan (year 3/4 boys) and Chesterton’s Georgia Usher (year 5/6 girls) won the other races.
