PAUL Leverton was the first Bicester Triathlon Club member home as 11 – ten men and one woman – took on the gruelling Wimbleball Half Ironman at Somerset.
Leverton completed the 1.2-mile swim, 56-mile bike ride and 13.1-mile run in 5hrs 42mins 16secs.
Meanwhile, Garry James finished tenth in his age group at Eton Dorney in a time of 5.54.18.
