The Oklahoma City Thunder snapped the Toronto Raptors’ 11-game winning streak in a nail-biting thriller which ended 132-125.

A closely-fought match-up saw the lead swap hands 25 times, with Russell Westbrook leading the way to close out the win for the Thunder.

He finished with his fifth straight triple-double, recording 37 points, 14 assists and 13 rebounds.

The Houston Rockets fended off a late charge from the Minnesota Timberwolves to win their 26th game in 28.

The Timberwolves came within five points of the lead in the fourth quarter – having clawed back from as much as a 25-point deficit.

But the Rockets held on, James Harden finishing with 34 points and 12 assists to help clinch the 129-120 victory.

It was a 13th win in a row for the Portland Trail Blazers as they beat the Los Angeles Clippers 122-109.

Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum were among five Trail Blazers to finish in double figures, with 23 and 21 points respectively.

Anthony Davis impressed for the New Orleans Pelicans as they surged to a 108-89 defeat of the Boston Celtics.

Finishing on 34 points and 11 rebounds, Davis proved crucial in the game’s final moments.
