WESTBURY were the big winners at the Cherwell League’s presentation night

The club landed three major honours at the end of their first season in the competition.

Not only did their first two teams win the Division 4 and 8 titles, but their combined efforts won them the Peter Baker Trophy – awarded to the club with the highest points aggregate.

Westbury’s Tom Boardman won the league’s 2nd XI batting prize after scoring 850 runs.

There was joy too for Oxford & Bletchingdon Nondescripts 2nd, who received their trophies for winning the Division 7 crown.
