Oxfordshire pair Joe Harris and Rhian Todd both collected awards after being nominated by Sky Sports for the young coach of the year.
Harris, from Challow & Childrey, and Freeland’s Todd were honoured for “outstanding services to grassroots cricket”.
To mark their nominations, the duo spent a day at the National Cricket Performance Centre.
Part of the day included a masterclass session for former Essex and England bowler Peter Such, as well as Leicestershire batting coach Ben Smith and Durham fast bowling coach Neil Killeen.
“Having the opportunity to attend a masterclass session with three great coaches will really help me develop my skills further,” Todd said.
Harris added: “I can now go back to Challow & Childrey and pass on a number of useful drills for all areas of the game.”
