ATHLETICS: Usher wins vet title

Alchester's Sam Usher claimed the Oxfordshire vet 35 ladies’ title in the Portfolio Property Cotswold Classic ten-mile race.

Usher completed the undulating course in 1hr 10mins exactly and was the second vet 35 lady overall.

Alchester’s Emilie Fidler was the third vet 35 lady home in 1.13.32, while clubmate Edwina Colclough clocked 1.18.56 to take the third senior ladies’ prize.
