Six students from Can Do Martial Arts, now based at their full-time dojo in Abingdon, achieve their karate black belts in Bath.
Jasper Laidlaw, Dylan Richards, Richard Knipe, James Ritson, Tom Randle and Emma Quinn were the successful sextet, under the auspices of Sensei Andy Sherry (8th Dan).
Ben Richardson, head instructor at CDMA, said: “In 17 years of being a black belt I have never seen such an excellent result at a Dan grading.
“After recent competitive success at national and regional level, the club is going from strength to strength.”
