Bicester fighter remains unbeaten since trading in his vest after he collected a polished points win at the Oasis Leisure Centre in Swindon.
Usher, 28, remained totally unflustered as he maintained the edge throughout his four-round light welterweight clash with Birmingham’s Jason Nesbitt – a veteran of 153 previous contests.
He was swiftly behind his jab and dictated the fight, pegging his opponent back with precise clusters of shots.
Nesbitt rallied too late to have any bearing on the outcome as Usher saw his arm raised for the second time as a professional.
“That was a great opportunity to box Jason as you learn so much from facing a seasoned pro like him,” said a delighted Usher.
“Everything went to plan and I was pleased with my performance.”
