Striker Jimmy Deabill, signed last week from Wantage Town, has been included in the Kidlington squad for tomorrow’s Uhlsport Hellenic league _remier Division match at home to Royal Wootton Bassett.

Fit-again Mark Flanagan is also back in contention, but Ryan Brooks (back problem) and Ben Weedon (hamstring) will be missing.

The postponement of last week’s match at Ardley United, means Kidlington, who are still in the FA Vase, have a big fixture backlog.

But manager Martin Wilkinson said they could not afford to be distracted by things they can not control.

“We just have to remain focused and professional,” he said.

Kidlington still don’t know who they will be visiting in the Vase quarter-finals on Saturday, February 20.

The fifth round tie between East Anglian sides Bowers & Pitsea and Ipswich Wanderers was postponed for a second time last week. They will be hoping it is third time lucky tomorrow.

Abingdon United manager Steve Alman gives a debut to new signing Ollie Andreski, as his relegation strugglers entertain Brimscombe & Thrupp.

Alman, who will be without Tom Plumridge (unavailable) and the injured Jamie Davies, Dom White and Ollie Lynch, is hoping to sign on more players in their bid to avoid the drop.
