Ian Madden (Browning) won North Angling Society’s committee v members match fished in cold conditions on the Oxford Canal at Aristotle Lane.
Madden netted 5lb 0oz of mainly perch on chopped worm.
Runner-up Terry Whittington also fished the worm for 3.9.0 of perch and skimmers, while Maurice Winstone (3.2.0) was third.
