Callum Convey scored Ardley United's winner in a 1-0 friendly success against Oxford City
Ardley United continued their preparations for their forthcoming Uhlsport Hellenic League Premier Division campaign with a 1-0 friendly win against Conference North Oxford City.
Callum Convey’s penalty in the 51st minute, following a foul by Mark Preece, divided the two teams.
Ardley start their home campaign when they host Cheltenham Saracens on Saturday, August 9.
The following Tuesday, August 12, they entertain Reading Town.
