Green Club regained the lead when Sean Holley, who recorded a 180, defeated Pete Hall 2-0, but Aaran Stevens took advantage of Neil Russell’s missed doubles to make it 2-2.

The all-Section 2 clash saw visiting Corner House B defeat George Bar C 4-1.

In the preliminary round of the Ladies’ Seven-a-side Cup, Donnington Community Centre A, from Section 1, squeezed past Section 7 side hosts George Bar C 4-3.

But the Section 7 side would not give in and Caroline Champion beat Anne Ranger to make it 3-3.
