FRANKIE Snare smashed the 12-hour barrier with a fine showing at Ironman Nice.
The Witney Road Runners athlete finished sixth in the 25-29 year-old ladies’ category in a combined time of 11hrs 26mins 58secs.
Snare clocked 1.07.36 for her 1.2-mile swim, 6.23.23 for the 112-mile bike and 3.40.59 for the 26.2-mile run.
