Bicester Triathlon Club’s Adam Spaul finished second in the Bedford Priory Sprint.
He completed the 2.5 km swim, 21 km bike ride and the 5 km run in a combined time of 1 hr 7 mins 49 secs to win his age category.
Kristian Williams competed at the BTF Sprint Champion-ship/Eton Sprints.
He finished the 750m swim, 21.2km bike and 5km run in 1.17.52.
Debbie Gilbert clocked 56.50 in the Green Park 10k.
