Peter Franklin won the Gentworks Oxford & District League’s Turner Cup after a strong finish to his final against Gorden Cook.
Franklin put in breaks of 15, 15, 17, 18, 19 and 23 to go away from Cook in the later stages for a 250-176 victory.
Fieldside lifted the Atox Cup after beating Thame A 4-2 in the final.
The key moment came in the last game where Fieldside’s Paul Robinson (scr) beat Thame’s Barry Barson (+35) 75-64.
Barson missed a chance to put Robinson in trouble with a double baulk on his last shot.
Robinson then scored six points to finish the game.
Thame A were, however, crowned Division 2 champions with a match to spare, despite losing 2-1 at home to Ashton.
Barry Barson (+100) earned Thame the point they needed with a 150-121 victory over Pete Fenn (+60) in match three.
