YOUTH FOOTBALL: Brittain slams a double
Sam Brittain bagged a brace as he helped Highfield Juniors to a 3-0 victory at Duckington in the Under 11 Green League.
Tom Tyack gave them a first-half lead with a long-range effort.
After the break, Brittain made it 2-0 from close range before sealing his double from Matthew Innes’s cross.
Launton Boys reached the final of the Under 15 Knockout Cup with a 2-0 victory against Chadlington. George Coombes and Miguel Zilvetti were on target.
