But Harwell & Hendred stole a march on their rivals to go clear at the summit.

They defeated Crowmarsh Youth, who are third, 4-2 to take a two-point advantage.

Wesley Mnyakazi led the way with a hat-trick, the other goal coming from Harry Fisher. Harrison Todd replied.

Second-placed Kennington Athletic Yellow lost ground when they were beaten by Didcot Town Youth Red 3-0. Ben Marshall, Jack White and Charlie McDermaid were on the mark.

Cumnor Minors gained revenge for their cup quarter-final defeat two weeks earlier with a 4-0 victory over Grove in the Spring B league.

Cumnor took their chances through Oliver Pointer (2), Mark Adamson and Chris Hickman.

Horspath Youth edged a thrilling contest against Garsington Youth 3-2.

Jayden Bennett gave Garsington an early lead, but Adam Darch levelled before half-time.

Jahion Clarke restored Garsington’s advantage in the second period.

But another Darch strike and a last-gasp winner from Sultan Dousa gave Horspath the points.

Botley Boys consigned Faringdon Town to their 11th Under 14 D League defeat of the season in style.

Goals from Ronan Tiller, Lewis Jones, Kyle Rawlins, Arjun Nair and Lenny Lewis tied up a 5-0 success.

In the A League Eversley & California moved clear in second place with a hefty away win at Garsington Youth.

Charlie Burton (2) was in form for Garsington.

But Seb Louis-Verdier (2), Jack Weatherly, Ben Kemp, Alfie Andrews and Yasin Amin gave Eversley the points.

Errol Otto returned from illness to smash in two wonderful strikes and help Littlemore to a 3-1 win over Hinksey Park Red in an Under 10 Spring D League clash. The other goal came from Romeo Stewart, who put in another stunning performance. Ted Shaw replied for Hinksey.

Five goals from Harry Cudd secured a 7-5 victory for Wheatley Youth in a 12-goal thriller in the under 13s.

Crowmarsh took an early lead, but goals from Connor Madden and Cudd gave Wheatley a 2-1 advantage at half-time. Further efforts from Cudd made it 4-1, but Crowmarsh fought back to level it at 4-4.

The unstoppable Cudd scored two more with Madden getting a second to make it 7-4, before Crowmarsh pulled a goal back.

Crowmarsh’s scorers were Aidan Ollenbuttel (2), Kye Johnson, Ryan Carrington and an own goal.

In the B League, Ardley disposed of Faringdon Town 4-0.

They led after 13 minutes via James Davis, who slotted the ball home. Soon afterwards Alex D’Silva benefited from a defensive error to tap the ball in and increase Ardley’s lead. Hamish Hall and Craig Dawson sealed the win.
