Bicester's David Kuester claimed two gold medals at the VAC Indoor Championships at Lee Valley.
He won the shot put (8.91m) and long jump (3.21m) in the 65-70 age group on Sunday.
A day earlier, he won the 70+ age group title at the WTC Heavyweight Triathlon World Cup in Derby, with a combined distance of 58.68m.
He was second in the Midland Masters Championships in the 70+ age group (1,229 points).
