Rivals North Oxford and Virgin Active cashed in with 8-0 victories at Oxford City and Banbury respectively.
Woodstock kept pace with a 6-2 win at Norham Gardens.
Cholsey B stay top of Ladies’ Division 2 with a hard fought 5-3 win against Mapledurham.
Woodstock B eased to a 7-1 win against Kingston Bagpuize to narrow the gap. Witney stay favourites with games in hand after defeating fourth placed Bicester 5-3.
OXFORDSHIRE’S Will Taylor (10 & under) and Connor Ferguson (12 & under) were runners-up at national events in Berkshire and Roehampton respectively.
Fellow Oxon player Chloe Elliott was third at the 10 & under girls’ event in Bath.
