Chipping Norton driver Alice Powell had to be contect with the runners-up slot as Alex Craven won the championship, with a fifth and a second place finish in the final two rounds at Snetterton.
Needing a double victory to be sure of landing the title, Powell finished eighth in the opener, before finishing fourth in the final race.
She said on Twitter: “Well done Alex Craven. Was great to race against him & he was a good rival this year.”
