Goring Primary School line up with their medals
Goring Primary School are through to the national finals of the ESFA Danone Nations Under 11 Girls’ seven-a-side competition.
The Oxfordshire champions beat Gloucestershire’s representatives 1-0 in the decider at the south west regional finals at the South Bristol Sports Centre, with a goal from Rowena Hearn.
The pair will now line up in the national finals at Barnet on Saturday, May 11.
Hearn also scored both goals as Goring defeated Hampshire 2-0 in the semi-finals.
They had reached the last four by topping their group after beating Cornwall 8-0 and Dorset 1-0, while drawing 0-0 with Gloucestershire and 2-2 against Wiltshire.
