CHINNOR 2nd are looking increasingly likely to win Division 2 North of the Zoo Sports Shield.

The Thame-based club extended their 100 per cent record to 12 matches after winning 20-14 at rivals Henley Bulls.

Chinnor, who have also reached the Oxfordshire Cup final, need just another ten points from their remaining four matches to be sure of the title.

Tristan Corpe (pictured right) and Max Williams scored Chinnor’s tries in their victory against Henley, with Alex Stevenson converting both and kicking two penalties.

Chinnor survived having Ed Rixon and Ed Vickers sin-binned at different points.
