FOOTBALL: Hole has Millers on a roll

TWO goals from skipper Stuart Hole helped North Leigh to a 4-1 victory at Bridgwater in the Evo-Stik Southern League last night.

Hole’s brace fired the Millers to a fourth successive Division 1 South & West win.

He curled in a free-kick on nine minutes and then headed home a corner.

Connor McDonagh made it 3-0 and Ryan Brooks netted his first for the club. Zayne Simpson replied.

Banbury United lost 2-0 at home to Stourbridge in the Premier Division.

Wayne Blossom shot wide of the Stourbridge goal when clean through in the first minute.

Luke Benbow put the visitors ahead on 44 minutes and Nathan Bennett wrapped it up on 79 minutes.
