Chris Wilder has been nominated for manager of the month three times this season
CHRIS Wilder and Sean Rigg have been shortlisted for prizes in npower League Two after strong performances in December.
It is the third time this season Wilder has been nominated for the manager of the month award.
Last month he guided the U's to wins against Exeter City and AFC Wimbledon, along with draws against Aldershot and Morecambe.
Wycombe's Gareth Ainsworth and Gary Rowett (Burton Albion) are also in the running.
Rigg was key in the wins during the Christmas period, scoring one goal and making another in the 3-0 win at Wimbledon.
The winger is up against Fleetwood Town goalkeeper Scott Davies and Rochdale striker Ashley Grimes.
The winners will be announced on Friday.
