AN interactive workshop is being staged on Valentine’s Day by the Oxford Concert Party, which will be talking about its work in prisons.

Oxford Concert Party bills itself as Europe’s only Baroque and Tango Orchestra and has played in concert halls, village halls, a prison courtyard, detention centres, day care centres, school halls and much more.

Part of the group’s efforts involves working with prisoners to encourage creativity through music.

In the workshop on February 14 at Charlbury Memorial Hall group members will talk about their work and the various techniques Oxford Concert Party uses.
