UMAR NOOR MEHMOOD, 29, of Kysbie Close, Abingdon, was convicted of speeding at 87mph in a 50mph zone in the A4183, Oxford Road, Abingdon, on December 16. Fined £500, £50 victim surcharge, £85 court costs. Six penalty points.

CRAIG ARMSTRONG-HOGAN, 33, of Kings Walk, Didcot, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance in Burnthouse Lane, Reading on November 9. Fined £369, £37 victim surcharge, £85 court costs. Six penalty points.

GEORGIA STACEY BURKE, 24, of Fleer Farm Way, Adderbury, was convicted of using a vehicle without insurance in Fleet Farm Way, Adderbury on November 8. Fined £180, £30 victim surcharge, £85 court costs. Six penalty points.

JAZMIN GRAY-TURNER, 25, of Main Road, Long Hanborough, was convicted of speeding at 82mph in a 70mph zone in the A34, Chieveley on August 10. Fined £126, £30 victim surcharge, £85 court costs. Disqualified for six months.

ALAN JUSTIN JONES, 39, of Lyford Close, Drayton, was convicted of failing to give information relating to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between September 1 and September 29. Fined £660, £66 victim surcharge, £85 court costs. Six penalty points.

JAMES PATRICK JUSTE, 33, of Alvescot Road, Carterton, admitted causing criminal damage to four car tyres belonging to a man in Carterton on March 11 and stalking a man and woman causing them fear that violence could be used against them between March 10 and 11. Jailed for 16 weeks, must pay £251.75 compensation. Restraining order made.

ROGER MUSONI, 32, of John Garne Way, Oxford, was convicted of driving without a licence in Pullens Lane, Oxford, on October 13. Fined £75, £30 victim surcharge, £200 court costs. Four penalty points.

IAN JOHN PARRY, 64, of Cherry Tree Court, Harwell, admitted harassing a woman by sending three letters, two text messages and an email after having been issued with a police information notice between October 6 and 28. Fined £560, £56 victim surcharge, £85 court costs. Restraining order made.

BRIDGET BROWN, 53, of Lilacs Place, Watlington admitted failing to notify a local authority about a change in circumstances which would affect entitlement to housing benefit. Discharged conditionally for three years, £15 victim surcharge, £200 court costs.

BANBURY MAGISTRATES

IVAN CURTIS, 40, of Boxhedge Road West, Banbury, admitted assaulting a woman at Banbury on March 20. He was fined £40 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

RUTH NICOL, 42, of Neuvic Way, Hampshire, admitted assaulting a woman at Cherwell Valley Services on the M40, Oxfordshire, on March 15. She was fined £40 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

TATIANA FILIMON, 56, of Drummond Drive, London, admitted harassment of a man by sending unwanted gifts and cards and made unwanted phone calls and visits to his address at Eynsham between January 15 and March 21. She was made subject to a restraining order against her victim and must pay a fine of £120, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

JONATHAN TAYLOR, 19, of Saxel Close, Bampton, Oxfordshire, admitted stealing 16 sets of keys at High Cogges, Witney on August 29. He was fined £260 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

ALEXANDER EVERETT, 55, of Corndell Gardens, Witney, was convicted of speeding by driving 55mph in a 30mph at the A40, Oxford, on December 3. He was fined £400 and must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

MICHAEL CATHERALL-HOSTY, 24, of Old Station Road, Oxfordshire, admitted breaching a sexual harm prevention order on two occasions by having contact with children under 16 at Carterton between February 9 and 28. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

TERRANCE CHANDLER, 53, of Glympton, Oxfordshire, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit with 43 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath at Wootton on March 21. He was fined £530 and must pay a victim surcharge of £53 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

BRIAN HOLTEN, 61, of Church Lane, Wendlebury, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit with 92 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath on March 24 at Oxford Road, Bicester. He was fined £769 and must pay a victim surcharge of £76 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

MOHAMED BOULAABI, 37, of Southam Road, Banbury, admitted causing criminal damage by breaking two windows and a sign at The Dog and Gun Pub, North Barr Street, Banbury, on March 23. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months and must pay compensation of £200.
