BANBURY MAGISTRATES’

BLAIR FREEBAIRN, 49, of East Challow, Wantage, was convicted of speeding at Abingdon Road, Rowstock on April 18 by driving 49 mph in a 30 mph area. He was fined £800 and must pay a victim surcharge of £80 and court costs of £85. He was also disqualified from driving for six months.

SCOTT GOODENOUGH, 32, of Beeching Way, Wallingford, was convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance of a valid driving licence on April 12 at Wallingford. He was fined £660 and musty pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for six months.

CALUM PREECE, 20, of Bosleys Orchard, Grove, Wantage, was convicted of speeding at Wantage on December 13 by driving 83 mph in a 50 mph area. He was fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £40 and court costs of £85. His driving licence was also endorsed with five penalty points.

AMANDA LEWIN, 45, of Kings End, Bicester, admitted driving above the legal alcohol limit at Oxford Road, Bicester on October 1 with 50 mcg of alcohol in 100 ml of breath. She was fined £350 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 14 months.

JAMIE MARSHALL, 30, of Easington Gardens, Banbury, admitted failing to provide a specimen for analysis as a driver at Banbury police station on September 9. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £50 and was disqualified from driving for three years.

KEITH BOOKER, 38, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted stealing a bottle of wine from Sainsbury’s, St Aldates, Oxford, on October 17 valued at £5.85. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

THOMAS FINDLAY, 30, of Horsefair, Chipping Norton, admitted failing to comply with a previously imposed community order by failing to remain at a curfew address on August 21 and between September 18 and 19. He was fined £50.

ROGER RADBURN, 42, of Trinity Road, Oxford, admitted stealing two travel cases valued at £178 from TK Maxx, Between Towns Road, Oxford, on October 16. He was fined £80 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £40.

SIAN GRANTHAM, 29, of Calthorpe Road, Banbury, admitted stealing two bottles of vodka from Marks and Spencer, Bridge Street, Banbury, valued at £30 on May 22, as well as meat to a value unknown at Iceland, Banbury, on July 29 and two packets of sandwiches and a bottle of Ribena valued at £6.20 from Marks and Spencer, Banbury, on July 31. She also admitted to possession of three wraps of crack cocaine at Jubilee Court, Banbury, on October 18. For the thefts she was fined a total of £50 and must pay compensation of £30, a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £40. She was given a 12-month conditional discharge for the drugs offence.

OXFORD MAGISTRATES'

TIMOTHY STERN, 35, of no fixed address, admitted stealing joints of meat and a shopping basket from the Co-op store in Iffley Road, Oxford on April 8. Conditionally discharged for six months and he must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £40.

CURTIS LEMONIUS, 22, of Stockleys Road, Oxford, admitted causing damage to a car window screen in Market Street, Oxford on June 27. Conditionally discharged for 12 months and he must pay compensation of £100 and court costs of £85.

JAMES ARCHER, 23, of Manning Close, Bloxham, convicted of not paying the fare whilst travelling on the railway between Bicester North and Banbury on March 20. He was fined £100 and must pay compensation of £5 as well as a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £100.

VALENTIN DIMU, 35, of Japonica Close, Bicester, convicted of using a mobile phone whilst driving in Botley Road, Oxford on May 16. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

ALISON MBYE, 50, of Berkeley Road, Thame, convicted of driving a vehicle without third party insurance in Risborough Road, Buckinghamshire on May 19. She was fined £243 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

RAYMOND MCFARLANE, 48, of Wards Crescent, Bodicote, convicted of driving whilst using a mobile phone in Queens Avenue, Bicester on May 18. He was fined £220 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

JENNIFER EDITH MCKIE, 33, of Fritwell Road, Fewcott, convicted of driving a vehicle without third party insurance in George Street, Banbury on May 20. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85.

GARY MILNER, 36, of Samphire Road, Oxford, convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance and using a vehicle without a valid test certificate at the Vodaphone roundabout, A339, Berkshire on September 3. He was fined £200 and £66 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

AMANDA MULLIN, 31, of Trenchard Avenue, Milton, convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance in Trenchard Avenue on May 18. She was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85.

MARTIN OLIVER, 44, of Church Street, West Hanney, convicted of speeding at 57mph, in a 40mph zone in A41, Bicester on May 20. He was fined £373 and must pay a victim surcharge of £37 and court costs of £85.

ANDRAI PONOR, 21, of Sparrow Way, Oxford, convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance in Abingdon Road, Oxford, on May 15. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85.

JAMES REEVE, 51, of Queensway, Didcot, convicted of using a vehicle without third party insurance in the B4015, Oxford Road, Nuneham Courtnay on May 15. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85.
