Tom Cash, 51, of no fixed abode, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour towards Julie Soarez-Auffray with the intent to cause her to believe immediate unlawful violence would be used or to provoke the immediate use of unlawful violence in Oxford on August 31 last year. Also admitted committing an offence while subject to a conditional discharge order and failing without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates' Court. Jailed for 18 weeks. Ordered to pay £100 compensation.

Steven Lewis, 38, of Hartwell Grove, Leighton Buzzard, admitted stealing healthcare and feminine products worth £660.43, together with Rebecca Waterson, from Boots, in Cornmarket Street, Oxford, on December 8 last year. Also admitted failing without reasonable cause to surrender to custody at Oxford Magistrates' Court. Handed a community order with a one-month curfew requirement, a drug rehabilitation requirement and a rehabilitation activity requirement. Ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

Jed Denton, 23, of Dura Street, Dundee, admitted having articles for use in the course of or in connection with the theft of fuel in London Road, Headington, on October 16 last year. Also admitted stealing fuel worth £63.24, together with Elliot Harper, belonging to the Shell Filling Station, in London Road, Headington, on the same date. Fined £120 and ordered to pay £85 costs and £63.24 compensation.

Michal Ryszard Gimel, 31, of Herschel Crescent, Oxford, admitted drink-driving in Holloway, Oxford, on December 26 last year. Had 91 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £323 and ordered to pay a £32 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Handed a 23-month driving ban.

Tabassam Nisa, 29, of St Mary's Road, Oxford, admitted driving a motor vehicle, namely a VW Polo, on James Street, Oxford on December 15 2016 after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in her breath, namely 70 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeded the prescribed limit. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes per 100ml of breath. Fined £120. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 19 months.

Varinder Pal Singh, 25, of Grays Road, Oxford, admitted possessing an extreme pornographic image portraying an act of intercourse/oral sex, with a dead/alive animal on November 20 2015 in Marsh Lane, Oxford. Also admitted failing to answer to court/police bail as soon as practicable on November 28 2016 in Abingdon. Fined £250. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £25 and costs of £85.

Carly Billingham, 26, of Quakers Court, Abingdon, admitted failing to promptly notify the Department for Work and Pensions between December 8 2014 and November 22 2015 in the prescribed manner of a change of circumstances which she knew would after her entitlement to income support. Community order made. Defendant must be under curfew for three months. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £85 and costs of £85.

Samantha Joan Cranston, 50, of Croft Road, Marston, Oxford, admitted stealing food items to the value of £642.80 belonging to Marks and Spencers in Banbury Road, Oxford on December 24 2016. Fined £140. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and costs of £85.

Richard Hutchings, 37, of Newlands Avenue, Didcot, admitted without lawful excuse, scratching a Silver Vauxhall Corsa in Wessex Road, Didcot, to the value of about £300 belonging to Paul Mackett, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged on September 17 2016. Also admitted on the same date in the same location of scratching a Blur BMW 320i to the value of about £300 belonging to James Baker intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Hutchings admitted scratching a Black Hyundai to the value of about £300 belonging to Sarah Bartholomew intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged on the same date in the same location. Hutchings admitted on September 25 2016 in Wessex Road, Didcot, scratching a Cream VW Beatle to value of £938.40 belonging to Emma Cowan, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Hutchings pleaded guilty to scratching a Black Nissan Qashqui to the value of about £140 belonging to Eric Stone on September 17 2016 in Wessex Road, Didcot, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Hutchings admitted scratching a silver Vauxhall Zafira to the value of £323 belonging to Esther Schradi on September 25 2016 in Wessex Road, Didcot, intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Hutchings admitted on the same date in the same location, scratching a black Ford Focus to the value of £752.96 belonging to Keith Grimes intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Also admitted scratching a black Nissan Qashqai to the value of £170 belonging to Eric Stone intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged on the same date in the same location. Restraining order made for the defendant to the attend Wessex Road or Kynaston Road, Didcot. Order lasts until January 9 2019. Ordered to pay compensation of £600 and costs of £35.
