IT’S normally his party’s “long-term economic plan” that dominates David Cameron’s agenda.
But the Prime Minister and Witney MP took time out this Saturday to enjoy a more short-term economic plan, taking a leisurely stroll around his local market.
Mr Cameron made the most of a rare day off by enjoying a quiet day shopping around Chipping Norton.

The Conservative party leader also watched his son Arthur play football for Chadlington FC, before picking up some shopping and checking out Chipping Norton Farmers’ Market.
The PM joined other frustrated parents on the sidelines as his son’s team lost 2-1.

Mr Cameron was followed round by a TV crew as part of a programme with the BBC’s political editor James Landale.
