Broken down coach causes delays on M40 northbound
A BROKEN down coach on the M40 northbound is causing delays.
The double-decker bus broke down at the Junction 9 slip road for Bicester and two lanes of three are blocked on the slip road.
Traffic is understood to be flowing still.
