Delays on the A44 as Blenheim Horse Trials get under way
THE Blenheim Palace International Horse Trials begins today.
Oxfordshire County Council’s traffic system has reported heavy traffic on the route south from Woodstock, between Oxford and Begbroke on the A44.
Vehicles are said to be moving at average speeds of less than 10mph.
