I'm appalled that the OM closed comments on Operation Bullfinch too, what happened to freedom of speech.
What makes you think you have freedom of speech on on privately run and owned website of which you are an invited guest?

Would we all have freedom of speech in your gaff?

As for the suggestions (read guesswork) as to which 'community' is involved then I can fully understand why comments were closed. Would you be happy if, say, your family were guessed as being involved? Guesswork brings nothing to the fore except people's warped prejudices and ignorance.

The only important labeling is that of criminal.
You're a bit late on the uptake I'm afraid, since making that comment I realised why they'd closed the comments, and I've been supporting the OM's stance on this particular subject.
    Better luck next time!"
