OXFORD MAGISTRATES’

PHILLIP MOSS, 51, of Green Hill, Oxford, admitted driving a vehicle while above the legal alcohol limit on September 30 at Berry Close, Oxford, with 96mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was made subject to a community order to include an alcohol treatment requirement for six months and 20 days rehabilitation activity requirement. He must also pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 24 months.

MALCOLM TAYLOR, 55, of Morton Close, Abingdon, admitted driving a vehicle above the legal alcohol limit at Lodge Hill, Abingdon, on September 30 with 41mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was fined £413 and must pay a victim surcharge of £41 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

CALVIN BONNEY, 44, of Iffley Road, Oxford, admitted harassment without violence by attending a woman’s address on multiple occasions demanding money and following her on the street between August 16 and August 31. He was made subject to a community order to include an alcohol treatment requirement for six months and a rehabilitation activity requirement for 25 days.

DANIYAL KHAN, 22, of Church Cowley Road, Oxford, convicted of assaulting a man by beating in Oxford on January 29. Conditionally discharged for 12 months and must pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £250.

IAN DAWSON, 34, of Heather Place, Oxford, admitted drink-driving in Pegasus Road, Oxford on October 1. Had 55mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £120 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was banned from driving for 15 months.

NICOLA HILLIER, 52, of Barretts Way, Sutton Courtenay, admitted failing to notify Vale of White Horse District Council of a change in circumstances which she knew would affect her entitlement to housing benefit. She was fined £86 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

FLORIAN ILIE, 36, of Howard Street, Oxford, admitted drink-driving in Hythe Bridge Street, Oxford on September 23. Had 88mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35mcg. He was fined £461 and must pay a victim surcharge of £46 and court costs of £85 and was banned from driving for 36 months.

ADAM SORENSON, 46, of Sinodun View, Wallingford, admitted driving at 43mph, exceeding the 30mph speed limit in B4009 Britwell Salome, Watlington on January 26. He was fined £100 and made to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85.

LEE ADRON MATTHEWS, 40, of Holford Road, Witney, convicted of driving at 45mph, exceeding the 30mph speed limit in Ducklington Lane, Witney on March 14. He was fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85.

DAVID JOHN EBSWORTH, 34, of Springfield Road, Wantage, admitted stealing a protein shake to the value of £45 from a Holland and Barrett store in Wantage on March 23 and stealing coffee, tea and milk from Sainsbury's Garage, Wantage on March 25 and stealing five mattress toppers to the value of £199.95 from B&M bargins in Wantage on March 29. Conditionally discharged for 18 months and he was made to pay compensation of £45 and £10 as well as a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £30.

IVY RUSHER, 31, of Springfield Road, Wantage, admitted stealing a protein shake to the value of £45 from a Holland and Barrett store in Wantage on March 23. She was conditionally discharged for six months and must pay compensation of £45 and a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £30.

EUAN NATHAN KEVIN SMITH, 19, of Blenheim Close, Didcot, admitted assaulting a police officer in Blenheim Close on September 13. Conditionally discharged for 12 months and he must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £85.

BANBURY MAGISTRATES'

DAVID MARCHANT, 47, of High Street, Stonesfield, Oxfordshire, admitted breaching a restraining order by contacting the persons named on the order at Witney on September 11 as well as commissioning an offence while subject to a six-month conditional discharge. He was made subject to a community order to include a 25-day rehabilitation activity requirement and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

AIDEN GILMORE, 35, of Nightingale Avenue, Oxford, admitted failing to give identification relating to the identity of a driver on April 2 at Howes Lane. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and he was disqualified from driving for six months.

ROBERT GORNICKI, 27, of Fergusson Road, Banbury, admitted using a vehicle on a road without third party insurance on December 4 at Middleton Road, Banbury. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for six months.

ADRIAN HEGEDUS, 24, of Burford Road, Witney, admitted using a vehicle on a road without third party insurance or a valid driving licence at Lowell Place, Witney, on March 5. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.
