A POWER cut affecting 130 homes and businesses in the Abingdon, Didcot and Frilford area has been fixed, the energy supplier has said.
Southern Electric Power Distribution said it restored electricity to all homes at 1.16pm - nearly two hours ahead of its 3pm estimate.
The homes were left without power from 7am after an overhead cable came down in a flooded field in Fyfield Wick, near Millet Farm Centre.
The company apologised for the inconvenience.
