Update: Heat causing trains to run up to an hour later

TRAINS between Oxford and London are running almost an hour late.
First Great Western has put speed restrictions in place because of the heat, which it says is causing "track issues".
However it has not elaborated on that.
Some trains have been cancelled, while others are running almost an hour late.
First Great Western has said the disruption is expected to last until 6.30pm.
