IT looks as though the 20,000 revellers for the Olympic torch event in South Park tomorrow will enjoy late sunny spells.
But according to the Met Office, people coming out to watch the relay itself through the county may not be so lucky.
Met Office spokesman Michael Lawrence said: “It will be rather cloudy and quite cool for July with maximum temperatures of 19C.
“There will be patchy spots of rain and a good chance of showers, but that should break up quite a bit.
“And by the time the relay is finishing, there will be some late sunny spells.”
Mr Lawrence said Tuesday would see heavy rain as the torch makes its way from Oxford, with developing showers throughout the day.
