THIEVES made a 10-minute raid on a DIY store in Bicester, stealing several pressure washers, a lawnmower and CCTV cameras.

A gang kicked in a glass panel door at the front of Bunnings - formerly Homebase - in Bicester at about 3am on Tuesday.

Once inside, they made off with several Karcher pressure washers, a Ryobi lawnmower and the cameras.

The criminals then left the Launton Road store, got into a vehicle and drove to the back of the shop.

They smashed their way in again, stole more items and then drove off at about 3.10am in the direction of London Road.

The police did not reveal how many pressure washes or cameras were stolen.

Investigating officer PC Callum Cooper said: "I am appealing for any information that may help our investigation into this burglary.

"I am particularly looking to speak to two men who were on bicycles near to the area at that time, as I believe they may have witnessed a vehicle leaving at speed.

"We are unable to ascertain what type of vehicle this is.

"I am also asking for anybody who has recently been offered a Karcher pressure washer, Ryobi lawnmower or CCTV cameras or similar products to call 101, quoting reference number 43180217282.
