JADE BREWER, 25, of Church View, Mixbury was convicted of failing to give information related to the identity of a driver suspected of committing an offence between October 19 and November 16. Fined £660, must pay a £66 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for six months.

JORDAN JACKS, 24, of Glebe Road, Didcot admitted drink-driving in Milton Heights, Milton, on March 25. Had 87mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. Fined £330, must pay a victim surcharge of £33 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 20 months.

NEIL MARK PARKER, 27, of Rooks End, Grove admitted drink driving and using a vehicle without insurance in Bagley Wood Road, Kennington on March 24. Had 69mcg in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. Fined £460, must pay a victim surcharge of £46 and court costs of £85. Disqualified from driving for 18 months.

BENJAMIN ROY HAYWARD, 27, of Sandy Lane, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her, possessing a Stanley knife and class B drugs in Wallingford on January 6 . Sentenced to 18 weeks in prison, suspended for 18 months and must not enter a property in Wallingford for three months. Given a restraining order and must pay £200 compensation.

EJAZ KHAN AZI, 46, of Ridgefield Road, Oxford admitted stalking a woman and repeatedly driving past her despite being prohibited from doing so by a restraining order between August 9 and January 25. Jailed for 18 weeks. Given a restraining order not to contact a woman or go to any area where she lives or works until further notice. Must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

SANDRA GRAFININA, 28, of no fixed abode, admitted assaulting a man by beating him in Wallingford on April 7 and assaulting a man by beating him in Wallingford on April 5. Community order made and she must not go to a property in Wallingford for three months. Must pay a victim surcharge of £85.

AYANDA NALA HARTLEY, 18, of Windmill Road, Headington, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in Oxford on March 25 and possessing cannabis and cocaine in Abingdon on March 25. Community order made and he must wear an electronic tag for six months and be placed under curfew from 10pm until 7am for six weeks. Must pay £250 compensation.

LINDON CHRISTOPHER STEWART, 37, of Long Ground, Oxford admitted drink-driving in George Street, Oxford on March 24. Had 42mcg of alcohol in 100ml of breath, exceeding the limit of 35mcg. Fined £250, must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Disqualified from driving for 12 months.

JAROSLAW RUTKOWSKI, 57, of Premier Inn, Milton Park, was convicted of assaulting a woman by beating her in Didcot on February 25. Restraining order made and he must not go to a property in Didcot for a year.

ALI KHAN, 23, of Gibbs Crescent, Oxford, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her in New Inn Hall Street, Oxford on February 23. Conditionally discharged for 12 months, must pay a victim surcharge of £20 and court costs of £100.

AUBERI BENEDICT CHEN, 24, of Hithercroft, Wallingford, was convicted of speeding at 40mph in a 30mph zone in Hithercroft Road, Wallingford on September 8. Fined £130, must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 court costs. Three penalty points.

HASSAN HUSSAIN, 26, of Cosin Close, Oxford, was convicted of speeding at 43mph in a 30mph zone in Drayton Road, Abingdon on December 16. Fined £440, must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85. Four penalty points.

ANDREW PUNTER, 62, of Bakers Lane, Brightwell-Cum-Sotwell was convicted of speeding at 47mph in a 30mph zone in Ellesborough Road, Ellesborough, Bucks, on September 8. Fined £100, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Four penalty points.

LINDON CHRISTOPHER STEWART, 37, of Long Ground, Oxford, was convicted of speeding at 44mph in a 30mph zone in Botley Road, Oxford on September 9. Fined £266, must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85. Five penalty points.

AIMAL DAWLATZAI, 19, of Riverside Court, Oxford admitted possessing cannabis in Marston Ferry Road, Oxford on March 10. Conditionally discharged for six months, must pay a victim surcharge of £20.

TAHMID HAQUE, 21, of Clive Road, Oxford was convicted of affray in Between Towns Road, Oxford on March 1. Sentenced to 12 weeks in prison, suspended for 18 months. Must pay a £115 victim surcharge and £85 court costs.

ABDUL MOHAMMED, 34, of Ashmore Place, Blackbird Leys admitted stealing electrical items worth £886 from Sainsbury’s in Kidlington on March 31 and stealing four bottles of spirits worth £96.40 from Sainsbury’s in the Westgate Centre, Oxford, on March 23 and stealing a coat worth £34.99 from TK Maxx in Oxford on January 1. Jailed for 10 weeks. Must pay a victim surcharge of £115.

DEKWON REID, 22, of Cranley Road, Barton, admitted driving without a valid licence or insurance as well as possessing a machete and a kitchen knife without lawful authority on November 8 at Oxford. He was jailed for four months and must pay a victim surcharge of £115 and was disqualified from driving for eight months.

Hannah BARR, 24, of Nursery Drive, Banbury, admitted damaging the station entrance door at Oxford Railway Station on November 19, causing damage valued at £720. She was made subject to a community order to include an electronic curfew overnight for two weeks and must pay compensation totalling £720, a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85.

MICHAEL GALLAGHER, 37, of Millers Acre, Oxford, admitted stealing meat valued at £40 on January 12, and more meat valued at £60 on February 9 from BP Express, Oxford as well as stealing three pairs of children’s shoes valued at £112 from John Lewis, Westgate Oxford on February 3. He was made subject to a community order to include a drug rehabilitation activity requirement for six months and a rehabilitation activity requirement for 10 days as well as compensation totalling £40.

Alan RICHENS, 29, of St Johns Court, Grove, admitted driving above the legal drug limit for cannabis on January 25 at Botley Road, Oxford. Had 7.7mcg of the drug per litre of blood. He was fined £100 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

KEITH HARRISON, 31, of Newbold Close, Banbury, admitted aggravated vehicle taking and causing damage to said vehicle, failing to stop at the scene of an accident, as well as driving without a driving licence and third party insurance on October 2 at Chipping Norton. He was made subject to a community order to include an overnight curfew for six weeks and court costs of £85, compensation totalling £2,273 and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

STEFAN GROSU, 36, of Thorney Leys, Witney, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by failing to attend unpaid work on February 27 and March 6. He was fined £75 and ordered to continue with unpaid work requirements.

FREDERICK BUTLER, 37, of no fixed abode, admitted begging at Magdalen Street, Oxford on February 2 as well as committing the offence while subject to a conditional discharge. He was fined £50 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30.

Grace GARDINER, 21, of Saxel Close, Bampton, admitted keeping an unlicensed vehicle at Peel Road, Brighton, on September 8. She was fined £100 and must pay backdated vehicle road tax of £11.25 and court costs of £40.

Dennis UNDERWOOD, 32, of Saxton Road, Abingdon, admitted driving above the legal drug limit for cocaine on December 18 at Abingdon. Had 731 mcg of the drug per litre of blood. He was made subject to a community order to include 80 hours of unpaid work and must pay a victim surcharge of £85 and court costs of £85 and was disqualified from driving for three years.

ARLEY AHUGOOCH, 28, of Restharrow Mead, Bicester, was convicted of driving a vehicle without third party insurance on November 22 at Shippon, Oxfordshire. He was fined £660 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

VICTORIA BROOKS, 41, of Sedge Way, Carterton, was convicted of driving a vehicle without third party insurance and a valid MOT test pass certificate on January 15 at Warneford Lane, Oxford.She was fined a total of £880 and must pay a victim surcharge of £66 and court costs of £85 and her driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

LINO MACHADO, 27, of Osborne Close, Kidlington, was convicted of driving without third party insurance or a driving licence on January 26 at Kidlington. He was fined £300 and must pay a victim surcharge of £30 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

JAMIE BANKS, 29, of Brampton Road, Oxford, was convicted of driving without insurance on November 22 at Between Towns Road, Oxford. He was fined £415 and must pay a victim surcharge of £42 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.

KHALID ELARABI, 25, of Tawney Street, Oxford, was convicted of being a learner driver on the motorway at the M25 Maple Cross on January 1. He was fined £440 and must pay a victim surcharge of £44 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with three penalty points.

Michael FALLON, 36, of Long Close, Oxford, was convicted of driving without insurance on November 22 at Oxford. He was fined £480 and must pay a victim surcharge of £48 and court costs of £85 and his driving licence was endorsed with six penalty points.
