A HORSE found itself in a tricky situation after falling in to a swimming pool near Didcot.
Firefighters from four different stations across Oxfordshire were called to free the horse after it was discovered roaming around the pool and unable to get out.
It happened on Saturday, January 27, in a home near Didcot according to Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue Service, who posted the picture on Facebook today.
Fire crews were forced to drain the pool in order to free the animal.
A local vet was then called to help free the horse in the safest way.
In the Facebook post the crews said they were pleased to announce 'Mackie' was going well.
