PALMER Ruth Marie Died peacefully at Wyndham Hall Care Home on 8th December 2017, aged 84 years. A loving wife and friend to many. The funeral service will take place on Friday 22nd December 2017 in St. Edburgs Church, Bicester at 11.00am followed by burial in Bicester Cemetery.
