Wayne Tutty, 53, of Simon House, Oxford, pleaded guilty to stealing items of clothing worth £82 from Fat Face in Cornmarket Street on October 26. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £40.

Janet Carol Anne Millikin, 60, of Ock Street, Abingdon, admitted without lawful excuse, damaging the rear windscreen of a Ford Focus to the value of £150 on September 1 in Abingdon. Ordered to pay compensation of £150.

Joseph Peter Mourier, 26, of Hampden Road, Cowley, admitted driving a motor vehicle while over the legal alcohol limit in Oxford on March 5. His reading was 184mcg of alcohol in 100ml of blood. The limit is 80ml. Fined £310. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £31 and costs of £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 40 months.

Paul Bowdery, 40, of Herschel Crescent, Oxford, admitted without lawful excuse, damaging a fire alarm activation panel at Kings Mead House, Oxpens Road, Oxford on April 15. Also admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be cause harassment or distress on the same day. Ordered to pay compensation of £75. 

Nicholas Joseph McGowan, 41, of Luther Street, Oxford, admitted stealing meat to the value of £88.88 belonging to mid-counties Coo-operative on October 5 in Oxford. Also admitted stealing three handbags in total valued at £210 belonging to Cath Kidston Ltd on September 20 and October 12. Community order made as well as a drug rehabilitation requirement and rehabilitation activity requirement. Ordered to pay compensation of £120.

Duane Melvin Peters, 44, of no fixed abode, admitted possessing a weapon designed for the discharge of gas, namely Parva, without authority on June 16 in Oxford. Committed to prison for 12 weeks concurrent. Ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £115.

John Patrick Joyce, 19, of Red Bridge Hollow, Old Abingdon Road, Oxford, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or disorderly behaviour to cause PC Gareth Stewart alarm or distress on the A423 in Oxford on August 17. Also admitted the breach of a conditional discharge order. Community order made. Curfew requirement with electronic monitoring for six weeks. Ordered to pay victim surcharge of £85 and pay costs of £300.

Steven Kenroy Meade, 56, of Kingston Road, Oxford, admitted using threatening, abusive words or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment or distress in Summertown, Oxford, on August 10. Was also convicted of making off without paying £74.25 for a meal on the same day. Discharged conditionally for 12 months. Ordered to pay compensation of £74.25 and costs of £200. 

Emma Dearie, 20, of Nicolls Close, Cholsey, admitted drink driving in The Avenue, Shillingford, on October 30. Had 46 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from driving and holding a driving licence for 12 months. 

Lloyd Lawrence, 51, of Cuddesdon Way, Oxford, admitted possessing a quantity of cannabis resin, a class B drug, in Cowley Road, Oxford, on October 17. Fined £160 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. 

Shaun Buchan, 28, of Coopers Lane, Abingdon, admitted stealing alcohol worth £38.50 from Tesco in Marcham Road, Abingdon, on November 13. Fined £55 and ordered to pay £38.50 compensation and a £30 victim surcharge.

Michael Kearney, 46, of Foresters Tower, Wood Farm Road, Oxford, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Cowley Marsh, Cowley Road, Oxford, on November 6. Fined £60 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge. 

Abolfazl Katanforoush, 47, of Friars Wharf, Oxford, admitted driving without a licence in Botley Road, Oxford, on June 17. Fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge. Driving licence endorsed with three points.

Barry Davies, 66, of Glanville Road, admitted storing timber and other miscellaneous items in Hunsdon Road, Oxford, between August 18, 2015 and February 24, 2016 in contravention of section 179(5) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. Fined £2,750 and ordered to pay a £120 victim surcharge and £2,625 costs. 

Harry Bellchambers, 20, of Newlands Avenue, Didcot, admitted failing to comply with the requirements of a community order by using offensive language on August 5, August 22 and August 31.  Ordered to continue with rehabilitation activity and fined £50. 

Andrew Bishop, 46, care of St Leonards Close, Banbury, admitted possessing cocaine, a class A drug, and diamorphine, a class A drug, in Beckett Street, Oxford, on October 31. Fined a total of £120 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. 

Suzi Cooper, 52, of Falcon Close, Oxford, convicted of assaulting a woman by beating her at Templars Shopping Park, Oxford, on February 24. Fined £60 and ordered to pay £100 compensation, a £20 victim surcharge and £120 costs.

Lucy Somerfield-Cartwright, 39, of Bertie Place, Oxford, admitted using threatening abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour causing another person harassment, alarm or distress in Bertie Place on October 30. Fined £40 and ordered to pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 costs. 

Wesley Fisher, 34, of Russ Avenue, Faringdon, admitted driving a vehicle whilst unfit through drugs in Marcham Road, Abingdon on October 7. Ordered to take part in drug dependency treatment for a period of six months, to take part in rehabilitation activity for a maximum of 10 days and to pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs. Banned from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months.
