A FULL day of meetings on the performance of local health services will be held on Thursday, September 29 in Oxford.

Members of the public can attend Oxfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group’s board meeting from 2pm to 5pm at Jubilee House in Oxford Business Park South.

Chief executive David Smith will give an update on the CCG’s work to improve patient care in the county.

Performance reports and CCG finances will also be discussed.

Then, from 6pm to 7.30pm, the CCG will hold its annual public meeting in the same location.

This will include a review of the year 2015/16 as well as information on the Oxfordshire strand of a cross-county ‘sustainability and transformation plan’, which affects services in Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire and aims to halt a deficit of £200m in the county’s NHS services by 2020.

People are welcome to submit questions in advance.

To ask a question about agenda items for the board or the annual public meeting, email oxon.gpc@nhs.net at least 48 hours before it is held, clearly stating which meeting it is for.

On the day there will also be an opportunity for people present to ask questions from the floor.

Parking at Jubilee House is very limited during normal working hours but there are two disabled parking spaces.

Other parking and transport options can be found on the CCG website.
