One person was left with a serious head injury after a car overturned at the Kingston Bagpuize roundabout on the A420 this morning.
Emergency services were at the scene of the accident shortly before 11am.
South Central Ambulance Service spokesman David Gallagher said: "We were called at 10.58 reporting a two-car road traffic collision.
"One patient was described as being injured and trapped in the vehicle.
"We sent an officer, an ambulance and the air ambulance to the scene. One patient with a serious head injury was taken to the John Radcliffe Hospital."
The crash follows an earlier incident last night on the Watchfield bypass, which resulted in the road being closed until about 7.30am this morning.
