Shawn Miller, 37, of Middleton Road, Banbury, admitted obstructing a constable in the execution of his duty in Middleton Road, Banbury, on March 22. Fined £365 and ordered to pay a £37 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Marcin Murawski, 29, of Withycombe Drive, Banbury, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour in Banbury High Street on March 29. Fined £105 and ordered to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Sabrina Sells, 31, of Bridge Street, Banbury, admitted stealing DVDs worth £51.96 from WH Smiths in Castle Quay, Banbury, on March 31. Ordered to attend drug rehabilitation and pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs.

Darren Smith, 28, of Sedge Way, Carterton, admitted possessing cannabis (a Class B drug) in Carterton on March 28. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £40 costs.

Edward Wilkowski, 36, of Schofields Way, Bloxham, admitted drink-driving in Oxford Road, Banbury, on March 25. Had 42 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Also admitted possessing cannabis (a Class B drug) at the same incident. Given a 12-month driving ban and fined £220. Also ordered to pay £22 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Wayne Booth, 34, of Foundry Street, Banbury, admitted failing to provide a breath specimen when suspected of committing a driving offence in Banbury on March 28. Given an 18-month driving ban and ordered to carry out 60 hours of unpaid work. Also ordered to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Andrew Claridge, 25, of Henry Box Close, Witney, admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty in Corn Street, Witney, on March 29. Also admitted resisting two constables in the execution of their duty at the same incident. Also admitted causing criminal damage by urinating in a prison cell and biting a hole in a mattress at Abingdon Police Station on March 29, causing approximately £100 in damage. Fined £100 and ordered to carry out 80 hours of unpaid work. Also ordered to pay a total of £300 compensation. Also ordered to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Thomas De’ath, 26, of Knott Oaks, Witney, admitted causing criminal damage to a toilet cubicle door at Kidlington Green Social Club on February 1. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £100 in compensation. Also ordered to pay a £15 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Stevie Timperley, 27, of Hughes Close, Charlbury, admitted stealing Bacardi, chicken fillets and baby clothes worth £43 from Morrisons’ store in Carterton on February 1. Also admitted stealing four rump steaks and two sirloin steaks worth £45 from the Co-op store in Woodstock on February 2. Given a six-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £45 in compensation. Also ordered to pay £15 victims’ surcharge.

Marcin Wierzba, 33, of Woodfield, Banbury, admitted drink-driving in Banbury on March 28. Had 123 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Given a 12-week prison sentence suspended for 24 months and a 30-month driving ban. Ordered to pay £80 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.

Trayche Zafirov, 39, of Queens Avenue, Kidlington, admitted drink-driving in London Road, Bicester, on March 28. Had 54 micrograms of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 micrograms. Given a 15-month driving ban and fined £230. Also ordered to pay £23 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
