Ambulance response times, bed blocking and A&E targets in Oxfordshire will be discussed today by councillors.

The county’s joint overview and scrutiny committee will discuss the impact of the winter months on frontline health services.

The committee will also hear a report from South Central Ambulance Service about response times over the past year, issues caused by staff shortages, and an increase in 999 calls.

The meeting is open to the public and will begin at 10am in County Hall, New Road, Oxford.
