  1. Gary Malpass, 35, of Overmead, Abingdon, admitted hunting a wild mammal with dogs at Mill Road, Marcham on October 22. Fined £500 and ordered to pay a victims’ surcharge of £50 and £85 in costs.
  2. Jordan Sear, 29, of Chalfont Road, Oxford, admitted failing to provide a specimen of blood for analysis when required and suspected of committing a driving offence at Abingdon Police Station, Abingdon, on October 3. Fined £150 and given a 36-month driving ban. Ordered to pay a victims’ surcharge of £20 and £350 in costs.
  3. Craig Hanley, 25, of Stockleys Road, Oxford, admitted driving without insurance in London Road, Oxford on April 7. Fined £350 and ordered to pay a victims’ surcharge of £35 and £85 in costs.
  4. Gavin Jones, 38, of Rowland Road, Wallingford, admitted using threatening language or behaviour with the intent to cause the victim to believe that immediate unlawful violence would be used against them in Didcot on October 4. Banned from the Prince of Wales pub in Station Road, Didcot for three months and fined £265. Ordered to pay a victims’ surcharge of £27 and £85 in costs.
  5. Harry Sarkar, 19, of no fixed abode, admitted assault by beating in Beaumont Street, Oxford, on November 1. Given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay £100 in compensation.
  6. Bernard Muiruri, 23, of Furlong Close, Oxford, admitted stealing alcohol worth £10.60 from Tesco in Magdalen Street, Oxford on November 21. Fined £50 and ordered to pay a victims’ surcharge of £20 and £85 in costs.
  7. Mansour Chasebi, 56, of Weldon Road, Oxford, admitted harassing a woman by leaving her notes and shouting at her, despite receiving a warning on May 23, between May and October 18 in Oxford. Given an indefinite restraining order not to contact the victim or threaten or insult her indirectly. Fined £400 and ordered to pay a victims’ surcharge of £40 and £85 in costs.
  8. Ben Muir, 44, of Croxford Gardens, Kidlington, admitted criminal damage to a front door on Redwood Close, Oxford, on October 26. Given a restraining order not to contact the victim or visit Redwood Close and Littlebury Road, Oxford, until December 9, 2016. Ordered to pay £100 in compensation and £200 in costs.
  9. Sally Taylor, 37, of Rookery Court, Didcot, admitted stealing meat worth £27.90 from Tesco in Didcot on October 11 and DVDs and cider from Coop in Didcot on August 29. Was already on a 12-month conditional discharge for theft. Given a community order to remain at home between 7pm and 7am every day for 30 days from December 10. Ordered to pay a total of £30.90 in compensation and £310 in costs.
  10. John Mobey, 18, of Hamble Road, Didcot, admitted assault by beating in Wallingford High Street on June 22. Given a community order and ordered to pay £100 in compensation. Ordered to pay a victims’ surcharge of £60 and £85 in costs.
  11. Simon Salaman, 23, of John Mason Road, Abingdon, admitted taking a car without consent in John Mason Road on August 17. Fined £166 and ordered to pay £170 in compensation. Ordered to pay a victims’ surcharge of £20 and £200 in costs.

  3. Derek Brady, 23, of School Lane, Stoke Lyne, near Bicester, admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, in Church Lane, Stoke Lyne, near Bicester, on November 22. Fined £100 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  4. Thomas Pearson, 32, of Quarry Close, Bloxham, near Banbury, admitted failing to provide a specimen when required at Banbury Police Station, Warwick Road, Banbury, on November 22. Given a 17-month driving ban and fined £300. Also told to pay a £30 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  5. Graham Sharpe, 50, of Blackwood Place, Bodicote, near Banbury, admitted drunk and disorderly behaviour in High Street, Bodicote, on November 23. Fined £100 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  6. Keith Green, 33, of Howard Road, Banbury, admitted driving without insurance in Britannia Road, Banbury, on April 6. Fined £100 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  7. Louis Bloomfield, 19, of Saxton Road, Abingdon, admitted speeding at 67mph in a 30mph zone in Lamborough HIll, Wootton, near Abingdon, on March 6. Fined £215 and told to pay a £22 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs. Given six points on his driving licence.
  8. Gary McFarlane, 22, of Haydock Road, Chesterton, near Bicester, admitted failing without a reasonable excuse to comply with the requirements of a community order made by Banbury Magistrates’ Court on October 29 by failing to attend supervision. Given a six-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months with an alcohol treatment requirement for six months and supervision for 12 months.
  9. Tom Wearing, 21, of no fixed address, admitted common assault and causing criminal damage worth £100 to a HTC mobile phone in Highworth Place, Witney, on April 14. Told to pay £300 compensation, a £60 victims’ surcharge and £400 costs.
  10. Carol Ainsworth, 39, of Appleby Close, Banbury, convicted of keeping an unlicensed vehicle in Appleby Close, Banbury, on September 10. Fined £400 and told to pay vehicle excise back duty of £60.42 and £90 costs.
  11. Daniel McIntosh, 19, of Kenilworth Way, Banbury, admitted possessing cannabis, a Class B drug, in Banbury on November 19. Fined £150 and told to pay a £20 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
  12. Duane Morris, 35, of Knoll Walk, Chipping Norton, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress in Witney on November 25. Also admitted obstructing or resisting a police constable in the execution of his duty on the same date in Market Place, Witney. Community order made with 40-hour unpaid work requirement and told to pay a £60 victims’ surcharge and £85 costs.
