CANCER patients and their families have been offered free financial services by a newly launched mortagage company.
Mother-of-two Pam Brown’s mortgage business, Independent Mortgage Company, has teamed up with Bicester’s Hummingbird Centre.
The Market Street firm, which opened on Monday, will offer its services free of charge to cancer sufferers and their families using the Station Road support centre.
Mrs Brown, 42, who has been a mortgage broker for 14 years, said she was inspired to help cancer sufferers and their families after losing best friend Rosemary Goldsborough, 41, to cervical cancer in October 2012.
